Bilia has reached an agreement to acquire Hellgrens Lastvagnsservice AB and Skellefteå Billackering AB in Skellefteå. The business is conducted in two companies under one roof and operates a full-service facility in the areas of repair, maintenance, body and painting of transport vehicles and trucks. The acquisition is effective as of today, August 31, 2022.

The company being acquired has achieved total sales for 2021 of around SEK 28 million and currently has 19 employees.
