Bilia has reached an agreement to acquire LBs Lastbilar AB, a company that carries out the repair and maintenance of Mercedes transport vehicles and trucks. The operation is carried out in its own property in Norrköping. Bilia is expected to resume operation on April 1, 2022.

The acquired company has achieved a turnover of approximately 40 M SEK for 2021
and the average number of employees was 11. The capital employed of the operation plus property and agreed capital gains amounts to approximately
30 M SEK, which will increase the net debt of the Bilia Group.

In the future, Bilia will carry out truck sales and service activities for transport vehicles and trucks.
