Kyoto, Japan – April 20, 2022 – SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby announces the execution of a share transfer agreement between SCREEN Holdings Group SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd. (SCREEN GA) and the Belgian company Agfa-Gevaert NV, under which all shares of wholly owned subsidiaries of SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd. in the United States will be transferred to Agfa-Gevaert NV
Going forward, SCREEN GA will continue to enhance its business value by accelerating growth in the areas of transaction/direct mail digital printing, publishing printing, commercial printing, flexible packaging as well as labels, and by exerting synergistic effects with the recurring business.
